Prayer of faith

Prayers impacts your future, all you need is a desire and then just let God to do what he wants through you. In James 5:16 the Bible says, “…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (KJV). In other words the prayer of someone who has faith in God is powerful.

Anyone who has put his faith in Christ is righteous because his righteousness is by faith. Abraham had faith and God counted him as being righteous. You are righteous if you have faith in Jesus Christ and your prayers are powerful. You prayers will impact your community because you believe in Jesus Christ. The prayers that you pray in the name of Jesus are prayers of faith and they are effective. Whether you are a pastor or just a church member when you pray things should change. God does not look at what position you have in your church. If you believe him in prayer and pray in the name of Jesus you will have whatever you ask of God.

This is why sometimes it is the widows in a church that pray and sustains the work of the ministry while all the credit goes to those who appear more spiritual or hold positions of leadership. The key is in praying and believing that God will come through in any circumstance. A long time ago, Jesus spoke to a fig tree and it withered in a short period of time. Anyone can have faith. Only believe him. God looks at the heart.

  2. I like your point that the widows sustain the work of ministry. I believe that is so true. The prayer warriors we never hear from do so much. Thanks.
